Current data collection

The public tool finder can be used without creating an account. Choices made in the finder are used in the browser to generate a shortlist. Unless a separate form clearly says otherwise, those selections are not used to identify you.

Server logs and essential storage

Our hosting provider may process standard security logs such as IP address, browser, requested page and timestamp. The private CMS uses essential authentication and security controls. Essential storage cannot be switched off where it is required to provide a secure service.

Analytics and advertising

Analytics, Google advertising or other non-essential cookies will be enabled only after the relevant service is configured and an appropriate consent mechanism is active where required. Advertising placements are currently off by default. Third-party providers may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies once activated.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links may later be affiliate links. Clicking may allow the merchant to attribute a purchase to this website. This does not increase the price unless the merchant clearly states otherwise.

Forms, downloads and email

If we add contact forms, downloads or newsletters, the form will state what is collected and why. We will not use a false or hidden email gate. We will add spam controls and retain information only as needed for the stated purpose, security and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may block non-essential cookies in your browser and contact us about access, correction or deletion requests, subject to applicable law and necessary records. This policy will be updated before any materially new data use is activated.
